Kwale Women Focus Initiative (KWFI) welcomes passionate and committed volunteers who want to contribute to the empowerment of women, youth, and persons living with disabilities in Kwale County. Requirements for Volunteers:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Commitment to KWFI’s mission, values, and ethical standards.
• Ability to work in a team and engage respectfully with diverse communities.
• Good communication skills and willingness to participate in community mobilization and awareness campaigns.
• Basic knowledge or interest in gender issues, youth empowerment, disability inclusion, and community development is an added advantage.
• Availability for short-term or long-term volunteer programs, depending on community needs.
