Kwale Women Focus Initiative (KWFI) delivers governance and advocacy training for women and youth both in and out of school, equipping them with practical skills to understand their rights, engage in civic processes, and confidently take leadership roles at school and community levels. Through workshops, mentorship forums, and community dialogues, participants gain knowledge in public participation, policy awareness, leadership ethics, and accountability.
Our success stories include young women elected as school leaders, youth representatives participating in community forums, and women confidently advocating for inclusive development projects. Many beneficiaries have strengthened their voices, influenced local decisions, and inspired peer-led initiatives.
Working with KWFI ensures community trust, inclusive approaches, grassroots reach, sustainable impact, strong local networks, accountability, and measurable empowerment outcomes.
